BOOST $1B COPPERSTRING IN QUEENSLAND'S FINANCIAL PLAN

Queensland may see a major injection in the region's infrastructure with reports of a potential $1 billion injection to the CopperString project in the upcoming spending review. The CopperString project is a proposed electricity transmission that would stretch from Mount Isa to Townsville, providing much-needed transmission capacity for the state.
